The basic process of the molding process is to put a certain amount of pre-treated molding material into the preheated mold, and apply a higher pressure to fill the mold cavity with the molding material. 1. Work site: The work site should be well-lit, well-ventilated, well-equipped, and the environment clean and tidy.

2. Moulding material: Any form of moulding material should be evenly impregnated with resin in a predetermined ratio before being installed.

3. Pressing mold: In addition to ensuring the strength and rigidity conditions under working pressure, the mold used for the product should be considered to be able to apply pressure evenly to all parts and directions of the product.

4. Press: The size and tonnage of the press should be able to meet the requirements of the product, the selected material, and the mold structure. The temperature and pressure of the press should preferably have two modes of manual control and automatic control. The workbench or the upper and lower heating plates of the press should try to keep the work-piece level as far as possible to prevent the resin from flowing to the side. The temperature difference of the heating plate within the effective working range is controlled within ±5.
